We want you to have the most pleasurable stay at Buqa, giving you real opportunity to enjoy bonding with family friends and unwinding in quality surroundings. We believe that it is the little things we do that will ensure that Buqa is preserved to the standard you deserve.

On your arrival, one of our team will introduce you to the apartment. There will be a welcome hamper with the essentials so that your first experience of Samoens doesn’t have to be the grocery shop (even though it is a very good grocery shop!).

We’re keen to promote green living, in line with the Respect the Mountains ethos. So look out for the green circles dotted around the chalet apartment to remind you where you could be making a difference to the environment:

• Kindly, remember to switch off lights when not in use.
• Switch off games consoles, mobile charger etc when not in use.
• Please respect our No smoking policy.
• Only heat water up when you require it.
• Discard recyclable waste separately, eg glass bottles, plastics, etc.
• If you have food, products remaining at end of your stay, consider leaving for next guests, eg salt, pepper, teabags, washing up liquid, etc. It is one less thing for them to have to go out and purchase.
• Re-use your towels; hang up your towel, so the cleaning doesn’t change your towels.
